VariRate® spring system
The HN® is designed to reduce weight and improve ride quality without sacrificing durability and stability in vocational applications. The VariRate® Spring System provides a unique balance between unloaded ride quality and loaded stability and eliminates the need for center bushings, making the HN maintenance-free. The HN offers significant weight savings versus competitive suspensions.

1. Installed weight is for 54-inch axle spacing and includes complete suspension, torque rods, axle brackets, shock absorbers and frame brackets.
2. SITE TRAVEL RATING - Operators using vehicles equipped with liftable tag or pusher axles must not exceed published ratings. Ratings are limited to no more than 5% of vehicle operation at speed not to exceed 5 mph. Liftable tag or pusher axles should only be raised (or unloaded) to improve vehicle maneuverability in off-road use or when vehicle is unloaded. Site travel ratings are consistent with published axle manufacturer's limitations. Axle and suspension site travel ratings cannot be exceeded.
