Located in Kendallville, Indiana, Hendrickson Elastomers Group manufactures elastomer products such as bushings for truck and trailer suspensions, and components for military and agricultural applications. Products include pivot bushings, torque rods, specialized parts for electric vehicles and zero-torsion bushings for the vocational industry. The manufacturing process includes material processing and injection molding techniques that use rotary and preheat oven presses. The plant also performs tests such as axial fatigue, stiffness, bond integrity, and corrosion resistance to ensure quality.
