Hendrickson Launches AERO CLAD® Bumper on International® HX® Series

CREST HILL, IL.   Hendrickson Bumper and Trim announces the launch of the AERO CLAD® stainless steel clad aluminum bumper for International® HX Series models. This Truck and Bumper combination debuted at this year’s World of Concrete show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

AERO CLAD is a bright option metal bumper for both set back axle and set forward axle models. AERO CLAD bumpers feature a unique material and manufacturing process providing a mirror bright finish to meet the styling, functional design and durability requirements in heavy duty truck applications. AERO CLAD’s bright stainless steel finish has a brilliant luster and is ten times thicker than chrome plating.

AERO CLAD is a light weight design saving 52 pounds compared to the standard painted steel bumper also supplied by Hendrickson. This extra weight savings equates to better fuel economy, and together with the elimination of chrome plating, contributes to a green solution for the environment.

AERO CLAD has a limited 5 year Hendrickson warranty. Aftermarket options will be available in the coming year.
