Hendrickson Unveils Online Education Portal for Customer Training
ITASCA, Ill. (February 2017) - Hendrickson is pleased to introduce the Hendrickson Academy, an interactive online education portal that provides video based maintenance and or repair procedures for many of Hendrickson’s suspensions and components.
The Hendrickson Academy will be available February 1st, to fleet and service technicians, who are not only looking to hone their technical skills but also add to their own professional development.
“Hendrickson’s educational portal is user friendly and is designed with service technicians in mind. Fleets have been asking for online educational tools, and we are happy to be able to provide an educational portal, that works” said Steve Berry, Global Field Service Director at Hendrickson.
Educational pods are designed for patrons that want to learn on their own time and at their own pace which accommodate various learning styles. Convenient three to ten minute videos, which are ideal for fluctuating technicians’ schedules can be viewed anytime—day or night and can start, stop or pause for review. Technical literature is also available for downloading, printing or to be read at your own leisure. Upon successful completion of a course, which includes a brief test, a certificate will be provided with a printable option.
