Hendrickson's non-delay Height Control Valve delivers twice the airflow of comparable sized valves for quicker air up, better response after dump and faster exhaust delivering greater stability during loading and unloading. The tuned dead band and porting minimizes air consumption while improving the overall suspension system response. Available with an integral air-dump feature.

All Hendrickson HCV's

  • Operating pressure – 130 psi (9 bar) maximum
  • Operating temperature – -40ºF to +150ºF (-40ºC to +65ºC)
  • Maximum flow rate – 350 L/Min (12.4 cfm)
  • Delivery ports – ¼-inch NPT fittings – Dual delivery ports
  • Maximum handle movement – +/- 75º for fill or exhaust
  • Options – Air fittings – Mounting brackets
  • Dead Band – +/- 2º


HCV's with Exhaust Function

  • Automatic – Dumps when trailer parking brake engages
  • Dump flow rate – 875 L/min (31 cfm)
  • Dump port – Normally closed
  • Dumps full suspension 40 percent faster than HCV with add-on dump valve – Integral = 12 seconds – Add-on = 20 seconds
