AUX wins 2012 PACE Award!

I am honored to announce that Hendrickson Specialty Products Auxiliary Axle Systems has won a prestigious 2012
Automotive News PACE (Premier Automotive Suppliers' Contribution to Excellence) Award. This award recognizes
superior innovation, technological advancement and business performance among suppliers who contribute products, processes, materials or services directly to the manufacture of cars or trucks worldwide.

Auxiliary Axle Systems was recognized in the Product category for our Compliant Tie Rod (CTR) and Damping
System Technology. This innovation is the first CTR assembly and damping system in the industry.

The Automotive News PACE Award is viewed around the world as the industry symbol of innovation and winning this
honor elevates Hendrickson Specialty Products Auxiliary Axle Systems stature in the marketplace. The Automotive News
PACE Award process has been a rewarding opportunity for Auxiliary Axle Systems to analyze and reflect on ways we can
improve our operations.

The award was presented to us by Automotive News, Ernst & Young and Transportation Research Center Inc. at a recent ceremony in Detroit, MI.
