Claim Procedure
1. Prior to starting a repair, the repair facility must verify the vehicle is covered under a valid Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems Extended Warranty.
2. The repair facility must contact Hendrickson and provide the 17-digit VIN, customer name, and suspension model.
3. Hendrickson will verify the extended warranty coverage and provide the repair facility with an authorization number to complete the repair.
4. If the failure is warrantable, the repair facility must complete the repair and file a extended warranty claim with Hendrickson
- If the Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems Extended Warranty coverage was purchased through the vehicle manufacturer at the extended warranty claim must be filed through the respective vehicle manufacturer
- If the Hendrickson Extended Warranty coverage was purchased directly through Hendrickson, the repair facility should complete the Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems Extended Warranty Claim Form and submit it via email or FAX along with a copy of the repair order
- If the suspension is under the base vehicle manufacturer's warranty suspension coverage, file the claim with the vehicle manufacturer
- NOTE:
The repair facility is required to hold the warranty material that is claimed to be defective for 45 days subject to Hendrickson evaluation. Failure to hold the material may result in partial or complete loss of coverage.
5. Hendrickson will reimburse the repair facility for parts and labor per the documented rates.

Product Conditions:
This Hendrickson Extended Warranty offers optional warranty coverage for a single Suspension when:
- Properly installed and assembled by the subject vehicle original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) on new production vehicle,
- Properly maintained in compliance with all applicable Hendrickson and vehicle OEM publications and instructions, and
- Used in recommended applications in the United States and/or Canada and within the rated capacities as described in all applicable Hendrickson and vehicle OEM publications and instructions.
When to Purchase an Extended Warranty:
Up to one year after the respective vehicle, as equipped with an applicable Suspension, is placed in service.
Who May Purchase an Extended Warranty:
Applicable vehicle dealers, fleets, and end users operating in the United States and Canada.
Commencement of Warranty and Duration ("Hendrickson Extended Warranty Period")
Duration of Extended Warranty is optional and may be selected by purchaser from a variety of offered coverages (expressed in years). Coverage begins upon the expiration of the first year of the OEM’s standard warranty (“OEM Base”) and ends in the selected number of years thereafter (the "Hendrickson Extended Warranty Period"). Obligation of Extended Warranty Provider:
Hendrickson warrants that the Suspension will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the Hendrickson Extended Warranty Period. This Hendrickson Extended Warranty covers 100% of the cost of applicable repair/replacement parts and labor allowances as may be authorized by Hendrickson, and is subject to the conditions, exclusions and limitations herein.
For those warranty claims it authorizes, Hendrickson will pay a specified labor allowance, determined by the Hendrickson Technical Services Department, for the associated repair or replacement of a defective Hendrickson component.
Exclusions:
This Extended Warranty does not apply to alleged product problems resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Modifications not recommended or approved in writing by Hendrickson
- Accident, fire or other casualty
- Misuse or negligence including, but not limited to, overloading
- Operation beyond the rated capability of the Suspension, the suspension system or the vehicle to which such equipment and components are attached,
- Any Suspension parts that have been altered or repaired without the written consent of Hendrickson
- Lack of reasonable and proper maintenance.
